The Open Beta is out for this now, if you download Origin from EA you can play it. it's not bad, still some bugs to iron out but it's fun

A question for someone who knows something about PCs. uk.geforce.com/games-applications/pc-games/battlefield-3/gpu-analyzerWhen I run this it tells me: Your PC's NVIDIA GeForce GTX 260 does not meet the game's recommended requirements. The recommended GPU for Battlefield 3 is a GeForce GTX 560 or higher. My PC is pretty good but I guess the graphics card is a bit old now. Is it pointless getting BF3 without upgrading? If it means it will be unplayable then I'll probably not bother getting it, or will I just be able to run it on crappy settings?

The 260 is a card that punches above its weight tbh. Itll run it ok (I ran bfbc2 ok and thats the same engine) but at crappy settings. A new card would be £150 ish tho (gtx580) so its not the end of the world?....
