Karma is spot on. It's the way tracks are in this game. In reality we didnt change positions. The distances are correct but the track was laggying close to ground causing the position changes . Posted them anyways cause it was so much fun and a very good approach. Next time I will use the ESC menu recorder wich is lot better. Yea Doc I have reduced my shadows in CONF file

This game still surprises me, was testing out a skin in different light conditions and happened to come across this.

Nice one Jed; that is my all time favourite IL2 movie - have had it on my hard drive in high quality for years now and and still watch it every so often when I need to get in the mood for a flight/fight

Think Johnnie Johnson had few lines in his memoirs about these "beer runs"

Think Johnnie Johnson had few lines in his memoirs about these "beer runs" He sure did, the aircraft in that image is actually the same aircraft I skinned further up this page. The aircraft was made out of spare parts for Mr.Johnson and was unarmed (apart from the beer barrels). It was named with the code J-EJ jr. after his "work" aircraft which was coded as J-EJ.
