Hi all, id like to thank you all for taking part in this campaign, we do still have two weeks left to run and im looking forward to a nail biting finish. I personally have really enjoyed it thus far, and from some of the messages i have recieved it seems a lot of you have too. So, i would really like some input from you guys as to what you want to see in the next campaign (early next year). There are already a few issues we know about (the scoring system/stats being one) and are looking into these things, i have already started building a template, and will reveal it in the coming weeks once i have gathered information from the KoTS "community" (you guys). again, many thanks, and please dont be shy

I loved it. So Rep Vander a bit thanks for it.
I think the squad thing is a very nice feature in it. You really fly for the squadron which is diffrent on onther days. So I don't think we should let solo pilots enter the campaign in the future. They can always join a squad ofcourse.
I think I miss some triggers and effects in the game. Something which let everybody know we are fighting the same war. For example Campaign day one we hadn't a clue what the Etente were bombing. I know this is realistic but it would be more nicer imo that we were handicapped with something due to their succes bombing our factories. Realism isn't always the way to go imo.
Just some ideas.

Hi, I got rid of shyness .-) We really enjoyed it and two quarters of this year I will not. Each of LM have really enjoyed and we had to negotiate who will fly. We are more than the number of our aircraft. If you solve the loading victories will not be a mistake. In this one point we feel that it is not recognized correctly. As for reality. In essence, I am happy with the setup of reality and would not compromise even a little. Conversely, any reduction of reality, would be for us to step back. Intercede deploy aircraft by date their historical introduction to the front. Yes, each party should occasionally disadvantage. But it can handle the flight tactics, taking advantage of the aircraft and team work. Total allocation of new aircraft would be given the previous results. So, for example, successful Sq. the Entente and vice versa, should delivery of new aircraft 5 and less successful example 2 aircraft. Etc.. Camping. We have long wondered how to prevent camping. If the map, for instance, two main targets (factories), for example, would add enough distilled camps. And five camps would be tantamount to a factory. Then people could camp, but they would patrol between points. After the destruction of a number of objectives, the map ended. Our goal is always to turn the map .-) Etc. ..

thanls hokus, understood, somethings to think about.
you are 100% correct though when it comes to reality, we too want to keep this as realistic as possible, even if that means unbalance at certain times, it is about flying as a squad, so using the right tactics and keeping discipline can be all thats needed for victory.

Some time ago Vander did a great mission for vintage events. In this mission the large formation of Entente tanks tried to break through the Central defenses. The mission was removed from the rotation because of the strong lag, but after that ROF optimized several times, and perhaps now in the mission may be involved the large formations of ground vehicles. And I had little idea - each side has a certain number of the defense forces (cannons and machine guns, pillboxes) and a certain number of offensive forces - tanks. Before starting the mission commanders of coalitions are arranged defensive units and arranged the attack units, for attak units commanders indicating the direction of attack. When the mission begins tanks start to go on the attack (in idicating directions) and on the air activity depends - if tanks can break the defense or defeated.

How about more complex concept of the airfield? destruction of each element affects the availability and condition of the aircraft. Attachments:

thanks for the input Jax, some more great ideas there, im gonna put a thread up about what im looking to do for the next campaign, please let me know what you think, of course, it will just be the basis, and other ideas like yours and hokus' may well be implemented if we can find a way to do them.
please remember how limited the game is in certain respects though, some ideas are more difficult to implement than others.

Rep, I more or less understand the limitations of the game, limitations of the information that gives the log and I will not offer ideas that are impossible to fulfill. Of course, many interesting features, more complex calculations are not possible without proper treatment log. This requires special skills in programming, work with databases. (what a pity that I do not possess such knowledge, I would be happy to help if I could, but I cant )
