Five hours flying survived-2 seater: (40) and so after in multiples of five
Ace status-5 kill streak: (50)
Each complete hour flown with ace status (4)
Being killed or captured will reset the flying hours survived, and or kill streak for pilots.
EXAMPLE:
MISSION 1 RESULT:
SYN HAS 10 PILOTS:
6 pilots fly 2+ hours = (12)
4 pilots fly 1+ hours =(8)
4 kills (20)
2 objectives completed (40)
1 objective defended (15)
TOTAL (95) to spend on next weeks mission

RULES:
Im imagining we could use very similar type rules, we could do away with the landed kills only rule, squadrons no longer will need to unlock prize planes.
all squads will get an amount of req points (dependant on squad size) to begin with.
could add in special objectives, like, an airfield/train/convoy quite far behind the lines, that if destroyed, each squadron on that faction loses an amount of req points.
this is just basic, and quick for the moment, please feel free to add ideas.
one thing im wary of is this being similar to the FEOW campaign being run.
