Ola Guys, Last night was a fun mission Vander. Good work..thanks! Though i missed the team work. Our squad was completely split up. I know the sides weren't equally divided, but it seemed more a random night, the one of our famous vintage nights. And for some reason..also on for example the teamflying didn't go smoothly. Let's be more selfish and stay in one team with each other. And let the other players switch sides. I like flying with Irfc as well..but I prefer flying with you guys

I agree. I got on around 5pm and was pretty much swallowed up in another group but couldnt get messages across well to them or something. Maybe they just fly their own way and dont want other input. We however shd fly together as i think we do well. Granted we have to be seen to even teams at start but shd quickly get on our same team....good point, Wolfie.....well made!

I joined Central at first last night because teams were quite uneven, but yes I think it's better to stick together. We should also split up in different channels when the main one is too crowded, with 15 people chatting (even if I find that people on Vent do not chat too much unnecessarily) after a while I just get lost and miss most of the relevant stuff, not knowing if a message is directed to the group I'm flying with or not. When I flew co-ops with my former squad we used to split up pilots from the same side flying different missions (ground pounding, escort, etc..) because it was too easy to miss an important message in the general mess, only flight leaders could communicate with other flights via whispers on TS, don't know if such a feature is available on Vent. Also it seems that quite some people can't change channel while in-game. Last vintage mission was quite good, we had some great team-work, let's try to keep on that way ! As for last night, sorry for not really being into it, as explained in my other topic
